Sharese Shannon Mathis currently serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. She comes to this role with many years of experience in Student Activities, Residential Housing and Retention Programs.
Mrs. Mathis received her Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Science from Eastern Illinois University. Sharese is originally from Lansing, Michigan and is very close to her family. 
Havert Beal II began his undergraduate at Siena Heights University in 2014. While being a student, he was also a part of the Men Football program for the Saints and Men of Distinction .Havert graduated in 2018 receiving his bachelors in Business administration.
After deciding that he wanted to pursue a master in Mental health counseling, Havert found himself staying at Siena Heights University. This time around, he gets the opportunity to work closely with Sharese and the office of Diversity & Student Engagement.
